Spinning® and American Heart Association Host Spinning Nation 2014 for ‘Go Red for Women®’ Movement !

WHAT: Spinning®, the creators of indoor cycling and global leader in programming, education and bikes, have teamed up with American Heart Association to raise money for the Go Red For Women® movement.


On April 26, 2014, Los Angeles Spinning enthusiasts will join riders from sister cities– Chicago, San Francisco, Miami and Atlanta–as part of the fundraising initiative, Spinning Nation 2014. From 80’s flashback costumes to classic hip hop themed rides and riding with the cast and crew of the CBS hit-show Mike & Molly, Angelenos will show what a healthy heart can accomplish in philanthropy.


HOW: Starting at $25/hour, participants can sign up to ride in 1-hour increments. All proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.

WHEN: Saturday, April 26, 2014

Riders are encouraged to dress up in costume. The 2014 themes include:

10am class: CBS Mike & Molly Riders

11am class: Hip Hop/ R&B Old School

12pm class: Rock/Alternative

1pm class: 80’s Flashback/ New Dance
