I love working out. Once I start my ‘routine of workouts, I am going- going -going like the Energizer Bunny for 6 days out of 7! I think Barre workouts are pretty fun and I have a lot of respect for those who take them and those who are trainers within the various barre workouts- particularly PURE BARRE workouts.
While I often have a lot of time to workout whenever I want, I do workout really early to get it done. It’s my way of starting off my day. However that might not work for you and sometimes, working out with others in a class environment is more fun than the DIY Home workout! Here’s a way for you to workout during lunchtime– for LE$$
