Perfect Patrón Margarita
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Patrón Silver
½ oz Patrón Citrónge
Orange Juice
Juice of ½ lime
Sweet and sour mix
Lime wheel for garnish
Method:
In a mixing glass full of ice, combine Patrón Silver, Patrón Citrónge, orange juice, lime juice, and sweet and sour mix.
Shake well, strain, and serve in a martini glass.

Celebrate Mexican heritage of Patrón tequila by buying this limited edition collector’s gift tin. Contemporary Mexican artist Verónica Villarreal Sada designed the Aztec-inspired keepsake tin, which houses a 750ml bottle of top-quality Patrón Silver tequila.

Set against a vibrant pink background, the tin prominently features two Aztec deities, Quetzalcóatl, the feathered serpent, and Tonatiuh, the sun god, as well as an eagle to represent ancient mythological symbolism. Drawing inspiration from traditional mosaics and embroidery, Sada used bright, attractive colors to capture traditional Mexican patterns and prints. Circling the Patrón bottle on the side of the tin is an interpretation of the ancient Aztec calendar.
The special edition Patrón Mexican Heritage Tin will be available for purchase starting in Fall 2015 at fine wine and spirits retailers in select markets in the U.S. and Mexico, and globally in duty free stores. The average suggested retail price of Patrón Silver (750ml) in the U.S., with or without the collectable gift tin, is $44.99. It would make a great gift for birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, and for the upcoming holidays!
This new package joins a group of other exclusive Patrón tins, introduced in select markets and in limited quantities in over the past several years. Those have included tins celebrating Chinese New Year, and regional locales such as London and Australia.
