Sounds like a miracle product, right? I am willing to try anything once or twice. In this case, I got this product on the premise that I would honestly review it. That’s what this post is all about. I wanted this to work.
I don’t like being caught up on the sugar treadmill. I don’t like how I feel when I have too much sugar. I have noticed a few issues with bread too and it’s the other half of sugar cookies and sweets. ‘Not so good for me’ foods pop into my diet on an irregular basis. Most of the time, I can eat a tiny piece and then walk away. Not at the holidays because there are too many opportunities, too much stuff. I wanted Forskolin to help me let go of the need to eat the sweet stuff.
I thought my premise was good. I took the product for over 2 weeks: 1 pill a day about 30 minutes before a meal. I would take it before breakfast or lunch and wait for “something” to happen. Do I know what I was waiting for? Not really! I think my body expected some kind of caffeine-like rush but there wasn’t any. Honestly, I didn’t feel much of anything. I think I was looking for a magic pill– and for me, this is not it.
Do I know how this works? Not really — and I did do my homework and investigate the key ingredient behind the product. I tried to like this because I kept trying it every day. I never went over 1 pill a day which is the recommended dose. I ramped up my workouts and tried to do them with longer sessions. Unfortunately the thing that did me in was the flu. That’s when I lost weight. I had to stop all supplements and that included Forskolin because I felt so bad. The MD recommended it too.
So for me this product didn’t work. Sorry that I don’t have great news for you.
