Cinco De (Water)Melon Margarita
Ingredients:
2Oz Tequila (Try Alacran Cristal Tequila! It’s amazing!)
1Oz Lime Juice
1/2Oz Orange Juice
1/2Oz Agave Nectar
6 Cubes of fresh watermelon (approximately small ice cube size)
Watermelon Tickle Water
Method:
Mix all ingredients and shake with ice
Top with 1/4 bottle of Watermelon Tickle Water
serve over ice or in martini glass with a Sugar/Salt Rim
Orange Fizz
Ingredients:
1 large Orange Zest (peeled with peeler)
1 Tbs, Sugar
Small Pinch of Salt
1 Shot, Tequila (Try Alacran tequila!)
1 Shot of Orange Juice
2 Cups, Ice
2 Shots Tickle Water
Rosemary Twig Garnish
Method:
Muddle orange, salt & sugar in shaker
Add tequila and ice,
Shake well in shaker;
Add Tickle Water
Pour into highball glass
Garnish with rosemary twig
