I have been watching shows and the looks that are on the runways. Sometimes I am enthused and excited, other times, I am disappointed or bored. This is one of the “excited” times because the look from the runways for Ashley Rose Couture Collection for Fall/Winter 2018 is amazing!
THE LOOK:
For Ashley Rose Couture Fall/Winter 2018, Lead Makeup Artist Steffanie Strazzere together with the rest of the Kat Von D Beauty Artistry Collective team, Leah Carmichael, Tara Buenrostro, and Kelseyanna Fitzpatrick, created a monochromatic makeup look that mimicked each gown in the new collection.
As one of the designer’s inspirations this season stemmed from 19th-century wax figures, Steffanie matched each model’s eyes and lips in a variety of red, green, purple, and pink hues and added touches of gold and wax-like gems that made it seem as if “the piece is taking them over.”
