Aperol Spritz

Ingredients
1.2 oz Aperol Spritz Italia
1 oz Club Soda
3 oz Prosecco
Ice
Directions
Build: Combine all ingredients in a wine glass and add ice
Vessel: Wine Glass
Garnish: One slice of grapefruit

1 ½ oz. Aperol Aperitivo
3 oz. Prosecco
1.2 oz. Seltzer Water
Directions
Build: Combine all ingredients in a wine glass and add ice
Vessel: Wine glass
Garnish: 2 half-moon orange slices
