Nosotros Tequila is a premium tequila company based in Hermosa Beach, California, and produced in Mexico. The tequila is the result of a 50/50 blend of sustainably sourced sweet highland and peppery lowland agaves, providing a taste profile that is both unique and delicious.

Nosotros Blood + Sand
“Our Blood and Sand” from Nosotros’ in-house barman, Niko Loyatho, is a tequila twist on the traditional scotch-based Blood and Sand.
Ingredients:
¾ oz Nosotros Reposado
¾ oz orange juice (preferably blood orange)
¾ oz cherry heering
¾ oz dry vermouth
3 dash vanilla extract
Method:
Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with an orange peel and a cherry.
Smoke on the Water

The festive, smokey cocktail features Nosotros Reposado, notes of Luxardo cherries, vanilla, and blood orange topped with a charcoal eggwhite foam.
(Think of this as the same proportions as the Blood and Sand that’s dressed differently!)
The drink is served as a Margini (A mixture of a margarita and a martini) and topped with sweet charcoal egg foam, giving it a smokiness that rivals that of 4th fireworks themselves. Not only are the flavors unique, but the color of the cocktail is red enough to please even the proudest of patriots.
Ingredients:
.75oz Nosotros Reposado
.75oz orange juice (preferably blood orange)
.75oz Cherry Heering
.75oz dry vermouth
3 dashes vanilla extract
Shake and double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice chunk
Garnish with orange peel and a cherry

Gray Whale Gin is a new-ish entry into the spirits market. It is a California-made, consciously crafted spirit celebrating the gray whale. The spirit takes the drinker on a gustatory journey up the Pacific coastline along the gray whales’ 12,000-mile migration path from Baja California through Mendocino (terminating in the Arctic).
Each of the botanicals in the gin is wild-foraged or organically farmed along the migration path of the gray whale. To boot, 1% of proceeds from each bottle of Gray Whale Gin go towards OCEANA to help protect the world’s oceans, home of this beautiful creature.

Gray Whale on the Rock-ets:
Ingredients:
+ 3 oz Gray Whale Gin
+ 1 red, white and blue popsicle
Method:
Pour Gray Whale Gin in a glass. Dip popsicle + enjoy!
The Gray Whale Ruby Fizz!
Ingredients:
2 oz Gray Whale Gin
5 oz blood orange juice
Method:
Shake with ice.
Strain over ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with blood orange slices
Watermelon Slush
Ingredients:
3 ounces Gray Whale Gin
One medium seedless watermelon
4 ounces honey
Method:
Cut the watermelon in half, carve out the fruit and place it in a bowl.
Keep the rind to use as a delicious punch bowl. |
To keep your melon bowl upright, turn it upside down and carve a small, flat, slice out the very bottom
Be careful not to cut too deep and pierce the bottom of the bowl.
In a blender, add your watermelon pulp, honey and a moderate amount of ice.
For best results we recommend freezing your watermelon pulp before blending,
Use a moderate amount of ice to avoid a watery drink in the glass as well as the blender!
