I am a big fan of using the things we have easily available to make interesting beverages and cocktails. Coffeemate is one of those things that you can easily find and tweak a recipe to make it a special beverage. If you want something with a little kick, you can add in some spirits like Van Gogh Vodkas in various flavors like Espresso, Dutch Chocolate, Dutch Caramel, and many other flavors.
Espresso Chocolate Frappe— featuring Coffeemate (and if you want a little buzz, Van Gogh flavored vodkas!)

*I realize there are pine cones in the photo and it’s counter to the current season. However, I love this recipe and I figured you would be able to see that this recipe works year-round and it tastes fabulous!
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup strong-brewed coffee, chilled
3 tablespoons COFFEE-MATE® Espresso Chocolate Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
2 tablespoons agave syrup
PLACE ice, milk, coffee, Coffee-mate Espresso Chocolate Flavor Liquid and agave in a blender; cover.
Blend until smooth.
Garnish with whipped cream and ground cinnamon, if desired.
Want a little more “juice” to that recipe?
Add in a single shot of Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka
or do a 50-50 split of half Espresso Vodka and half Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate Vodka!
Either way, you will have an incredible cocktail to sip!
Double Espresso Dutch Float recipe from Van Gogh Vodka
Featuring the signature Van Gogh Double Espresso, this decadent dessert cocktail is the perfect way to sweeten your summer afternoon or cap off your evening. A simple cocktail to prepare, the Double Espresso Dutch Float can be enjoyed as a quick party cocktail or an after-dinner treat.
2 oz. Van Gogh Double Espresso, chilled
6 oz. vanilla cola, chilled
1 scoop coffee, chocolate, or vanilla ice cream**
1/2 cup espresso to provide a bit more caffeine
** to save calories you can substitute Coffeemate’s Espresso creamer or vanilla creamer for this.
Pour Double Espresso or Vanilla vodka and vanilla cola into a glass,
In a blender container, add ice cream, espresso and ice cubes and blend until the ice is chunky and you have some frothy liquid
If you choose to skip the ice cream, add in 3/4 cup Coffeemate Espresso creamer to the blender and whip it up.
Pour the blended liquids into the tall glass and stir.
Serve with a long straw.

1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks, chilled
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1 cup lite coconut milk, chilled
1 cup COFFEE-MATE® natural bliss® Vanilla Flavor All-Natural Coffee Creamer
2 cups crushed ice
PLACE pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut milk, Coffee-mate natural bliss Creamer and ice in blender;
Cover. Blend until smooth.
