Taconic Distillery was established in 2013 and founded by avid outdoorsman and bourbon aficionado, Paul Coughlin. Taconic is a purveyor of fine craft spirits located in the Hudson Valley of New York. Their bourbon and whiskey are crafted in small batches using the finest ingredients. While most distillers use chill-filtration to produce a clear whiskey, Taconic Distillery embraces the full flavor of the barrel distilling process and does not chill filter any of their spirits, imparting as much flavor into the whiskey as possible.
