Love is superbly complicated in this seasonal classic that gives you all of the feels, which is why our holiday glass of romance is filled with flavors that are a touch sweet, citrusy, spicy, and sparklé. The red rose petal garnish brings the drama we all know and love in the film. Pro tip: Make a large batch of this in advance of a holiday soirée and simply top with the Bubbles when serving!

• 1 oz. cranberry juice

• 1 oz. pear nectar

• 1 oz. ginger liqueur, such as Domaine de Canton

• ½ oz. fresh lemon juice

• ½ cup ice cubes

• Sparkling rosé

• Rose petals for garnish

   

Method:

Combine the cranberry juice, pear nectar, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, and ice in a shaker or other mixing vessel and either shake or stir to combine. Strain into a wine glass and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with rose petals and serve immediatelé.

*For large batch / make-ahead (aka PUNCH BOWL)
Multiply the ingredients by the number of guests. Combine the cranberry juice, pear nectar, ginger liqueur, and lemon juice in a pitcher and refrigerate (you can make this up to 2 days in advance).
When ready to serve, pour into glasses, top each with sparkling rosé, and garnish with rose petals.

The Holidé  Makes 1:

An attractive new love interest is just an apartment swap away in The Holidé. This wintery cocktail is what we imagine Kate Winslet, Jack Black, Cameron Diaz, and Jude Law were sipping in the heartwarming finale of this romcom. It combines Yes Way Rosé Bubbles with delicious bitter-sweet Averna, an herbaceous Amaro with notes of caramel and spice.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 oz. Averna

• 1/2 oz. gin

• 1/2 oz. simple syrup

• 4 dashes rhubarb bitters

• Ice for serving

• Rosemary sprig and orange twist for garnish

METHOD:

Place all ingredients together in shaker or other mixing vessel and stir to combine.
Pour into an ice-filled glass and top with sparkling rosé.
Garnish with rosemary sprig and orange twist.

How the Rosé Stole Christmas  Makes 1:

A green drink that is not grinché at all!
The base of this greenhouse-in-winter mix of basil and mint, which is enhanced by fragrant elderflower, is on the sweet side.
But, add crisp Yes Way Rosé Bubbles and you have the most balanced, refreshing, celebratoré Christmas cocktail this side of Whoville.   

Ingredients:

• ½ cup fresh basil leaves

• 1 mint sprig

• 2 tsp. sugar

• 1 oz. elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germaine

• ½ oz. fresh lime juice

• Ice for serving

• Sparkling rosé

• Additional basil, mint, and limes for garnish

 Method: 

Muddle the basil, mint, and sugar in a cocktail shaker.
Add the elderflower liqueur and lime juice and shake.
Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with sparkling rosé.
Garnish with basil, mint, and a lime wheel and serve immediatelé.
