If you know me or have read some posts of mine, you know while I am not a huge fan of cooking, I am a fan of taking a recipe and tweaking it to make it easy to make and to improve the flavor profile. Flavor and texture are everything in my book.
I also want it to be economical. I don’t mind spending some $$ on ingredients, but I don’t want to use up all those ingredients in just one use. I want to be able to have enough of the ingredients on hand to be able to indulge myself in a way that is easy, healthy, and super tasty. My feeling is that if I have to run out to get “supplies” every single time I want to make something that I like, then it’s not worth me having the item. I have too much going on at this time of year to spend it standing in line at my favorite markets.

SUPERFOOD HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

INGREDIENTS
½ cup Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
½ cup Coconut Sugar
2 tsp Maca Powder
7 scoops Collagen Powder
2 tsp Mushroom Powder

INSTRUCTIONS
1 Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
2 Transfer to a jar and store until ready to use.
3 When you are ready to make hot chocolate, add 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix to a mug.
4 Heat 200ml of your favorite nut milk and whisk to fully combine.
