Check out SKIN UP, a KILLER anti-aging product that will be open to pre-orders on December 26, 2019. This should be on your “wish list” for Christmas so that someone who wants to give you a splurge (including yourself) can get on that list EARLY on 12/26!
I was provided a device to test out. The ability to be able to test a device that is a breakthrough in their sectors is important so that I can tell you honestly how this product works. Getting the sample doesn’t mean the product gets an automatic A rating. I am honest and thorough in my testing protocol. My reviews are an honest appraisal of the efficacy of the product.
My recommendation (or no recommendation) for a product is based on my 20+ years of experience (since 2000) in evaluating skin care products and particularly new entries in the marketplace. It’s imperative that I be honest in my opinion and share relevant information about a brand and a product – which I am doing in covering this new product development and review!
This radically new delivery system gives you a blend of anti-oxidant nutrition that can be misted onto your skin up to five times/ day.

Meet Skin Up’s co-founder Angie Bortolotti
As a busy mom of two girls and a make-up and skincare enthusiast, Angie’s passion is helping people discover creative ways to live their best lives and achieve their best skin. A native of Northern Idaho and a graduate of Washington State University, Angie relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film production while also studying makeup artistry through the exclusive ‘Class by Erica Carr’.
As the manager who hired makeup artists, Angie quickly came to realize that make-up artistry was one of the most overlooked areas of film production. On the set, make-up artists are hurried to get actors ready for filming and often called in for touch-ups throughout the filming day.
“There is no photoshopping confidence” and if an actor is unhappy with their makeup, that costs time and money as make-up needs to be ‘taken all the way down’ and reapplied.
Enter SKIN UP®, a cutting-edge idea which Angie was introduced to by her future business partner and husband, Matteo Bortolotti. Matteo and his uncle, Paolo Ferrari the principal owner of Phil Pharma S.r.L, were developing an exciting new technology, which would forever change the landscape of skincare.
SKIN UP® with Hyaluronic Acid refreshes make-up and rehydrates skin without having to remove the makeup or other products – equating to hydrated skin that keeps your face fresh and keeps your makeup looking fresher, longer.
This unique, convenient mist delivers 10-second skincare that men and women can use throughout the day.
I saw someone mention this product on social media. I did some digging and asked for more information. I found the youtube channel and watched every single video. I was captivated by the product as well as the presentation. I got the details of the product and was sent a sample. I read all the directions online and in the package. (really essential here to make sure you know how it works). First things first, CHARGE the mister either via your charging cord or via your computer USB port. I found the mister charged fairly quickly but I let it sit there for several hours to make sure I had it fully charged. I got the tube of the hydrating elixir (the tube seen in the top photo of the mister and a tube) and loaded the mister. At that point, it was ready to use and it was soooo easy. This skincare is very easy to apply. Pull down the slide and it starts misting. It’s so easy to use. When you are done, your face is dry! It’s not wet and dripping. You can lightly tap it into your skin. I found that after 3 days of using it, my skin not only felt better, it looked better- particularly in the first application of the day. You can use it 4 more times in the day to refresh your skin and your makeup. The mister is small enough to put in your pocket but it’s best to keep it in the small zipper bag that holds the elixir tube and the mister. It’s very easily toted with you all day.
I love using this product. I like how my skin tone perks up and looks more “even”. My skin is smoother too and is a great base for my makeup – or if you are being super casual, use sunblock over it. I have used this product for almost a month. I have seen my skin feel firmer and look healthier – which is hard to do when you are on antibiotics (I had a sinus infection when I first got it). I used it at least 3 times a day and did try for five — though I am not good at compliance at that level. I noticed I was starting to run low on the elixir and I ordered a new tube that arrived pretty quickly. This device is a keeper and will do more for your skin because it’s a combination of tech and great ingredients in the elixir. Compared to other tech skincare tools and products, Skin Up’s device and elixir are a bargain and will last a long time. It travels exceptionally well.
**If truth be told, I am OBSESSED with this device and the elixir. It’s small and compact. It’s super-easy to use and to also refill the device with the elixir.
It’s going to be the new “IT Girl” item!
December 26 2019, the Skin Up device will be available for pre-order. There is some mention of some adjusted prices — meaning the more elixir you buy the better the deal. Also, the mister is available in black or teal. I got the black. The teal looks pretty in the photos. HIT the site EARLY on 12/26!
