Look no further for the perfect holiday cocktail, new NYC restaurant, Mister French is offering ‘The Mistletoe’ this December to quench your holiday thirst.
Created by Stephen Mazzuca (owner/GM of Mister French) and Sebastian Dean (Head Bartender of Mister French), ‘The Mistletoe’ captures the essence of the holiday season with vibrant holiday fruit and herbs (cranberry, clementine,and rosemary) that blend in perfect harmony with the botanicals found in NOLET’S Silver Gin.

1 3/4 oz Rosemary-Infused Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin
1/4 oz Amontillado Sherry
1/2 oz House-made Organic Pear and Saffron Reduction
1/2 oz Fresh Pressed Lemon Juice
3 drops of Cranberry bitters
17 fresh muddled cranberries
1/2 fresh muddled Clementine (with skin)
Muddle first and mix the muddled fruit together,
Do the pear and saffron reduction,
Then mix ingredients gently.
Served in a wine glass over crushed ice
Half Sphere/Ice Crown Sculpture,
House-Made Candied Almonds,
If you find this cocktail too challenging to create, I wouldn’t blame you at all. It’s definitely a big task. And it might make a good justification to head to NYC to visit Mr. French!
