I have to tell you that I love Cynthia Erivo! I have loved looking at every dress she has worn for the various awards show. Each dress got better and better. She looks amazing in this glorious dress. While I write about celebrity fashion often – from dresses to shoes to jewelry and makeup. Yet in all the articles I have written about celebrity style and fashion, it’s rare that I hear about the fragrance they are wearing. I always wonder if someone is wearing something special. Finally, I get a news blast about Cynthia Erivo and it talks about the scent she wore on the red carpet!
Best Actress in a Leading Role nominee, Cynthia Erivo, wears
KRIGLER MONSIEUR DADA 18 Fragrance at the 92nd Academy Awards.
Erivo wore a white Atelier Versace gown with bustier top that was accented with crystals and silver mesh cutouts. The single shoulder strap across her chest drew the eye to her face and jewelry. The bustier top merged into the flowing princess split skirt that showed off her white Stuart Weitzman platform heels and her fabulous legs. Her nails were killer and her jewelry was sparkling. Erivo’s smile was dazzling all night long.

To partner with such a gorgeous dress (and her beautiful makeup was courtesy of Armani Beauty!), was this killer fragrance from Krigler Perfumes!
MONSIEUR DADA 18 perfume
Fruity – Spicy – Woody
Black Pepper / Cardamom / Cedar Wood / Green Orange / Musk / Nutmeg / Patchouli
Monsieur Dada 18, a bold, masculine blend, pays homage to the rebelliousness of Dadaism.
Salvador Dali. Jean Cocteau. Marcel Duchamp. When Albert Krigler created the original Monsieur Dada 18 fragrance in 1918, it was an ode to Dadaism, an anarchic modern-art movement that flourished in Europe between 1916-1922 and later paved the way for pop art and punk rock. Krigler’s Monsieur Dada 18 took its cues from the nonsensical nature of Dadaism, combining a collage of unexpected notes to create a surprisingly and satisfyingly rich scent. Monsieur Dada 18 combines spicy Black Pepper, Cardamom, Nutmeg, with woody Musk, Cedar Wood, and Patchouli—then spikes the whole tantalizing mix with zesty Orange.
While this scent is described as more of a masculine scent, I adore wearing masculine fragrances because they feature unique notes and a different “perspective”: one of self-confidence, strength, and a dynamic presence. And that very accurately describes Cynthia Erivo!
