How about drinking a flavorsome beer shandy to deal with sweltering summer nights? This refreshing, ginger-flavored, pre-dinner cocktail is sure to make you a beer lover if you’re not already.

 

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of lager beer
  • Half a cup of ginger ale
  • One-fourth cup of lemonade
  • Two thin slices or wedges of lemon for garnishing the cocktail

  Method:

  • Take a small pitcher and combine lager beer with ginger ale and lemonade in it. Stir to mix well.
  • Pour the shandy in two glasses containing ice and garnish with lemon wedges.

Method:

  • Leaving aside the garnishes as well as Campari, muddle the remaining elements inside a mixing container.

  • Two cups of chocolate ice cream
  • Half a cup of whole milk
  • Two ounces of caramel liqueur

Method:

  • Use a blender to combine and blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour the cocktail into a highball glass, garnish, and serve immediately.
