SANGRIA FLORA
This cocktail has a delightful bouquet, not only from the wine but from the elderflower liqueur, which delivers bright notes of honey and quince. Feel free to get creative with the added fruit, as melon and peaches also complement these flavors beautifully. The flower garnish makes a lovely finishing touch.

Ingredients:
1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
1 c. elderflower liqueur
2 oz. orange liqueur
1 lb. mixed green and red seedless grapes, thinly sliced crosswise
10 nectarine slices
1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1/2 c. raspberries
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Garnish:
10 edible flowers, such as fuchsia, nasturtiums, pansies or rose petals
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in the pitcher,
Cover and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
Fill the glasses with ice and divide the cocktail and fruit among them.
Garnish each cocktail with an edible flower.

Italian Negroni
The iconic Italian Negroni is updated with apricot liqueur and French dry vermouth inspired the film Call Me By Your Name’s Italian location, the apricot orchards surrounding family’s Italian countryside villa and the French heritage of romantic lead character, Elio.
Ingredients
1 1/4 oz gin
1 1/4 oz French dry vermouth
3/4 oz Aperol
1/4 oz apricot liqueur
3 dashes of orange bitters
* Optional: 2 oz. prosecco
Garnish: orange peel & apricot wedge
Tools & Materials
16 oz. Chateau Baccarat Tumbler
Mixing Glass
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and slowly stir to chill.
Pour into a tumbler and top with prosecco.
Garnish with an apricot wedge slice and an orange peel.
The Marktini 2.0
Who thought this signature martini could have been perfected on but indeed it has… introducing The Marktini 2.0!
This signature martini is never out of place at a cocktail party. It’s ideal to scale up for a pitcher and can even be made into a punch with the addition of Champagne. Use this recipe as a point of departure to come up with your own variation and name it after yourself.
Here we’ve included Amaro Montenegro and Chopin Rye Vodka to update the flavor profile resulting in a more vibrant and spicy version of the original. It’s an ideal cocktail to scale up for a pitcher to make your next party stress-free so you can get out from behind the bar and have fun with your guests.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Chopin Rye Vodka
1/2 oz. Amaro Montenegro
1 oz. orange simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. pomegranate juice
1 orange peel curl
Tools & Materials
Cocktail shaker
Strainer
Directions
Fill the shaker with ice and add all the ingredients, shaking until well chilled.
Strain into the chilled glass.
Garnish with the orange curl.
