Have you heard about Whipped Coffee? It’s a thing and it’s super easy to make it. The video below came up on my searches and I love the concept of whipped coffee (and I am a huge coffee fan who likes to get very creative).
Here’s a video from Honeysuckle (check out her new cookbook to drop 9/2020) where she demonstrates a couple of ways you can do Hot and Cold Whipped coffee even with Matcha!!
The best part of this video is that you can use instant coffee to create the whip and you can tweak it too by adding some cocoa or dutch chocolate, cinnamon or whatever you like.
It’s t opposite of a latte, whipped coffee is served by spooning an aerated, creamy coffee mixture over milk and then stirring it all together. You can make it with cold or hot milk, and the end result is a sweet, strongly coffee-forward drink that’s incredibly creamy and almost milkshake-like.
