Cocktail expert Mark Addison (AKA Cocktail Chameleon), has a new cocktail recipe for our current situation in the US! “Quarantinis”(cocktails for the Quarantined) are such a great idea and are very creative and innovative.

Mark Addison(Cocktail Chameleon) is sharing his version of a Quarantini: The Lady Marmalade!

The Lady Marmalade inspired by orange marmalade and the song made famous by Patti LaBelle and the film and NEW Broadway musical Moulin Rouge.
There’s a bonus in this video. Mark will teach you how to make a stunning orange peel rose garnish that looks just like a real rose!

 

MARK’S QUARANTINI COCKTAIL RECIPE:

LADY MARMALADE

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz SILO Distillery vodka
1/2 oz Rémy Cointreau orange liqueur
1 oz POM Wonderful pomegranate juice
1 tsp Blake Hill Preserves Orange Marmalade
3 dashes orange bitters
Splash of Moët & Chandon Brut Champagne
Orange peel rose garnish – 1:15:00 (watch again)

Method: 
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, orange marmalade, and bitters. Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass or coupe and top with chilled dry champagne.
Garnish with an orange peel rose
