June is “Non-Dairy Month”! Did you know that? I didn’t know that at all. It’s the first I have heard of it. I got an email about a food brand that fits the “non-dairy month” category  along with many other allergy-free ” fill in the blank” food products!  Mikey’s is a line of great food products that are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and Paleo-friendly! Mikey’s foods look appetizing and interesting! I don’t usually jump on the bandwagon this fast, but I know a lot of people who have Celiac disease and need to eat gluten-free foods. I have never seen such a range of options and they look appetizing and it wouldn’t take long to cook them.
