Summer is here and although it may look a little different, the need for a refreshing cocktail remains! Whether you are creating a batch or even a pitcher full of a cocktail, or just a single cocktail, try these refreshing recipes to get you to sweeten your day .. or night!
These recipes feature Avion Tequila! This collection of cocktail recipes are perfect for this time of year. Each would make a great “pitcher” cocktail for you to share with family members or with friends who are visiting using social distancing.
WATERMELON MARGARITA
Ingredients:
2 Parts Avión Silver
2 Parts Fresh Lime Juice
4 One-Inch Cubes Fresh Watermelon
Agave Nectar
Instructions:
Muddle watermelon with agave nectar in a mixing glass.
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Shake vigorously with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish as desired.
PASSIONFRUIT MARGARITA
Ingredients:
2 Parts Avión Silver
1 Part Fresh Lime Juice
1 Part Agave Nectar
1/2 Part of Passion Fruit Liqueur
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain over fresh ice in a glass.
Garnish with lime
MARIGOLD MARGARITA
Ingredients:
2 oz Avion Silver
.75 oz St Germain Elder Flower Liqueur
6 oz. 1966 Impala Mix (2:1 ratio- fresh squeezed lime juice and Agave nectar simple syrup)
2 button-sized edible marigold flowers
1 Ball jar
Method:
Fill ball jar halfway with ice
Add all contents into a ball jar (see photo) over ice
Pinch petals off the flower and add to Ball jar
Shake vigorously
