To celebrate the 4th of July and Summer, Bently Heritage Estate Distillery’s Artisan Mixologist Lucas Huff has created the ‘Freedom and Tonic,’ a summer spin on a classic. This drink incorporates fresh fruits with a traditional tonic bite.

Freedom and Tonic
Ingredients:
· 1.5 oz Juniper Grove American Dry Gin
· 0.5oz grenadine
· Tonic water
· Fresh white peaches
· Fresh blueberries
· Chamomile flower garnish
Directions:
· Line the bottom of your glass with 0.5oz top-shelf grenadine (the real pomegranate stuff!) and then fill with ice.
· Take 1/4 of white peach and drop it into a shaker tin with the gin and muddle.
Gently strain over your ice-filled goblet and top with tonic water and fresh blueberries.
2oz olive oil fat washed Juniper Grove American Dry Gin
This cocktail sounds and looks heavenly for a holiday weekend!
From Gray Whale Gin!
Gray Whale Gin Frosé
Ingredients:
+ 3 oz Gray Whale Gin
+ 6 oz Fleurs de Prairie Rosé
+ 1 oz elderflower liqueur
+ 1 oz lemon juice
+ Handful of strawberries, de-stemmed (you can use as few or as many strawberries as you want)
Method:
Combine ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes<
Pulse until a light slushy consistency is achieved.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Gray Whale Gin on the Rock-ets
(This recipe is incredibly easy and is very tasty!)
Ingredients:
+ 3 oz Gray Whale Gin
+ 1 red, white and blue popsicle
Method:
Pour. Dip. Enjoy!
