Have you been hunting for a new and “improved” Mojito for Labor Day sipping at barbecues and parties? Go no further. Wölffer’s LoRo Mojito will make the best cocktail that happens to be low-alcohol!
Two Key Ingredients:
Wölffer’s LoRo Mojito is the perfect end of summer Hamptons –or Los Angeles – cocktail. Low on calories, low on alcohol, heavy on taste.
Add in the Wölffer Verjus and you get a great balance in the cocktail (recipe below) because Verjus is non-alcoholic and works as a spritzer or in cocktails to balance out the recipe!
Oh, and did we mention how easy it is to whip up? You’ll be making these all weekend long.
Ingredients:
No. 139 LoRo Cider
Wölffer Verjus
Quarter of a lime, with the rind removed
3 – 4 slices of fresh ginger
5 mint leaves
Method:
1. Add lime, ginger, mint, and ½ oz of Verjus into a cocktail shaker
2. Thoroughly muddle ingredients
3. Add ice to shaker and shake well
4. Pour into glass, top with 7 oz of LoRo Cider and enjoy!
