She’s also a food stylist who has worked with magazines, cookbook authors, and television. She’s a very talented chef. She breaks down the recipes so that it’s easy to replicate what she is demonstrating!

Prepare your mis-en-place (your ingredients, measured) ahead of the session, grab your favorite drinks, and get ready to join a fun virtual cooking party!
Please note our class begins at 4 PM Pacific, 7:00 PM Eastern on October 11.
An ingredient list, prep list, and recipes will be emailed to you prior to the class.
In addition, for the plating demos, Tasha will be using
–extra-large forceps (tweezers),
–stove top grill,
–4 -inch round cookie cutter,
–a piping bag with star tip,
–off-set spatula,
–squeeze bottle.
