Cooking with Tasha: “Fall in Provence” Zoom Class Demo! Oct 11 4PM PT/ 7PM ET!

For those who want to learn to cook a diverse range of foods,  Le Cordon Bleu Chef Tasha Powell has tons of experience as a chef and has worked in Provence as a chef. She’s also a food stylist who has worked with magazines, cookbook authors, and television.  She’s a very talented chef. She breaks down the recipes  so that it’s easy to replicate what she is demonstrating!

Cooking With Tasha: Zoom Class Demo/ Master Class featuring

Carrot Soup Velouté,

 

–Grilled Asparagus,

 

Seared Duck Breast,

Chocolate Pear Tarte,

 

Tasha will give you tips on how to plate your courses, in the style of Michelin Star restaurants!

Prepare your mis-en-place (your ingredients, measured) ahead of the session, grab your favorite drinks, and get ready to join a fun virtual cooking party!

Please note our class begins at 4 PM Pacific, 7:00 PM Eastern on October 11.
An ingredient list, prep list, and recipes will be emailed to you prior to the class.

In addition, for the plating demos, Tasha will be using

–extra-large forceps (tweezers),
–stove top grill,
–4 -inch round cookie cutter,
–a piping bag with star tip,
–off-set spatula,
–squeeze bottle.

Once a student reserves a ticket on Eventbrite, the recipe package and Zoom dial-in info is sent by email.
The same info is published on the On-line Events page for this class (see above).
The students that want to cook some or all of the courses prefer to do the shopping a few days in advance!
