Here’s a new product from Jon Taffer: Sparkling Craft Cocktails with some edgy flavors! Lucky for you (and me!) that I actually have a recipe from Jon Taffer to go with this new canned cocktail product! Three great flavors that you can take home to sip OR you can mix it up into a totally different cocktail – which is what Jon Taffer did in creating the Redemption Fizz cocktail!
These new canned cocktails are as follows:
- Cucumber Jalapeño: Cool with a kick, spicy yet refreshing – it’s the perfect mix of fresh and fun.
- Pineapple Coconut: Best sipped while closing your eyes and dreaming of a tropical beach vacation.
- Strawberry Basil: A dangerously delicious seltzer that perfectly balances berry, basil and bubbles!
Redemption Fizz from Taffer’s Mixologist and Front Porch Cocktails
While I left most of the photo below pretty much the same, the actual recipe is hard to read but the visual of the cocktail is very
enticing.
REDEMPTION FIZZ
Ingredients:
1 oz. gin
1 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white
2 slices of cucumber muddled
Half of a lemon
Taffer’s Cucumber Jalapeno Sparkling Craft Cocktail as a topper
Method:
Put all of the ingredients in a shaker, except the Sparkling Craft Cocktail.
Shake for 30 seconds. Add ice.
Shake for another 20 seconds.
Strain over a glass.
Top with Taffer’s Cucumber Jalapeno Sparkling Craft Cocktail.
