Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, Stella Rosa Wines releases a new cocktail recipe to celebrate the day! If you are staying home, going out, or just need a cocktail, this one is for you! Made with the new Stella Rosa Golden Honey Peach, this cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.
Add in the green and gold edible glitter for a drink that will bring you luck all night!
Lucky Matcha by Cynthia Carter, mixologist Phatsy Kline’s Parlor Lounge
Ingredients:
+ 1.5 oz Humboldt’s Finest Hemp Vodka
+ .5 tsp Matcha tea powder
+ 1 oz Honey Syrup *
+ 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
+ 1 oz Aquafaba or 1 whole egg white
Method:
Combine the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain drink into another cup and set aside.
Remove ice from the shaker.
Pour the drink back into the shaker and add aquafaba or egg white.
Dry shake vigorously.
Pour into a chilled glass.
*Honey Syrup Recipe
+ .5 cup local Honey
+ 3 tablespoons hot water
Combine ingredients into a bowl. Stir well. Let cool.

Straight up Lucky by Gray Whale Gin
Ingredients:
+ 2 oz Gray Whale Gin
+ 2 oz Green pressed juice. (Gray Whale’s favorite mix: Kale, Pineapple, lemon, ginger juice)
+ ½ oz Agave syrup
+ Kale garnish
Method:
Pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake with ice and strain.
Serve straight up in a martini glass.

Leprechaun Lemonade — Created by Masa Urushido of Saxon + Parole
Ingredients:
1 part Ménage à Trois Vodka
1 part lemonade
¾ part Crème Yvette liqueur
¾ part melon liqueur
2-3 mint leaves for garnish
Method:
Shake vodka and lemonade together, set aside.
Build cocktail in Collins glass over ice:
first pour Crème Yvette liqueur,
then vodka lemonade blend,
topped off with melon liqueur.
Garnish with mint.
Lucky Verde Shooter– Created by Masa Urushido of Saxon + Parole
Ingredients:
1 part Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila
1 part Verde mix*
*Verde mix:
Blend or cold press all vegetables: 1 tomatillo, 1 cucumber, 1 celery stalk, 1 tablespoon cilantro, 2-3 dashes of green Tabasco.
Season with Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
Pour single shot of Tres Agaves Reposado Tequila;
Pour second shot of Verde mix.
Enjoy Tres Agaves followed immediately by mix.
Shamrock Cooler–Created by Elad Zvi, Co-Founder, Bar-Lab
Ingredients:
2 parts serrano-infused Maker’s Mark® Bourbon*
1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
½ part agave syrup
Pinch salt
1 cup ice
4 sprigs tarragon
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender
Blend on high until the ice is pureed.
Serve immediately.
MAKING Serrano-Infused Makers Mark
*Serrano-infused Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
Ingredients:
2 cups Maker’s Mark® Bourbon
1 piece serrano pepper, cut in half and deseeded
Method:
Combine the pepper and Maker’s Mark® Bourbon in an airtight container and allow it to macerate for at least 2 days.
Store in the fridge and shake the container gently twice a day.
