Eureka! ft. Humboldt Organic Vodka
Ingredients:
+ 1 oz Humboldt Organic Vodka
+ 1 oz Organic Mint Agave mix
+ 1 oz Organic Lemon juice
+ 4 oz Organic light beer
+ Organic mint sprig for garnish
Method:
Pour vodka, lemon juice, and agave mix into tall glass half full of ice.
Add beer on top and stir.
Finish off with a fresh mint sprig.
Mint Agave mix:
Mix about 3oz water with 3oz of organic agave and add about a half cup of freshly washed organic mint leaves to a blender.
Strain agave mix through a sieve or colander.
The Healthy Whale Cocktail – featuring Gray Whale Gin
Ingredients:
+ 1 1/2 parts Gray Whale Gin
+ 3/4 part Aperol
+ 1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
+ 1/4 part Simple Syrup
+ 2 parts Grapefruit Kombucha ( Buy Kyla’s Pink Grapefruit Kombucha. It comes in a 6-Pack!_
+ Grapefruit Peel
Method:
Combine all ingredients, minus the kombucha, into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 3-4 seconds.
Pour cocktail over fresh ice in a Collins glass,
Top with grapefruit kombucha.
Garnish with grapefruit peel.
Papaya Mango Frozen Margarita.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 100% agave silver tequila
- 1/2 jalapeño halved for tequila
- 3 cups frozen mango pieces
- 2 cups cubed fresh papaya
- 1/2 cup jalapeño-infused tequila
- 1/4 cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
- thinly sliced jalapeño chile for garnish
Method:
Make The Spicy Infused Tequila:
Place the jalapeno in the tequila and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
Depending on the heat level you like, you can either leave the jalapeno in the tequila or strain it off and discard it.
Blend The Margarita:
Combine all remaining ingredients except a few slices of the jalapeno in the food processor or blender,
Blend until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses, garnish with jalapeno and serve.
Summertime Rosé Tequila Sangria.

Ingredients

- 1 bottle Rosé
- 1 cup silver tequila
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3-2/3 cup agave nectar depending on your taste
- 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled + halved
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh pitted cherries and or watermelon
- 2-3 limes sliced
- original flavored kombucha or sparkling water for topping
- basil for garnish
Method:
-
In a large pitcher, combine all the ingredients except the sparkling water (or kombucha) and basil.
Stir, gently to combine and then place in the fridge until chilled. -
To serve, give the sangria a good stir,
Fill each glass with ice and pour the sangria over the ice.
Top with sparkling water or kombucha. -
Garnish with basil and edible flowers!
