Memorial Weekend is always an interesting (and flavorful) time for cocktails. Everyone expects to have some sort of cocktails that present a summery type of profile! The best part for me is that I get the opportunity to share some great cocktail recipes and products with you for this great holiday weekend!
CÎROC CITRUS SUNRISE
An elegant, summery cocktail with flavors of citrus and a tart finish. Sean “Love” Combs’ signature, “Citrus Sunrise” cocktail is the perfect way to enjoy the sun-soaked season. Infused with juicy blood orange and natural fresh-squeezed citrus flavors, raise a glass to the season with this easy-to-make golden hour cocktail.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz CÎROC Summer Citrus
3 oz Orange juice
1 oz Cranberry juice or Pomegranate juice
Garnish: Orange Wedge
Instructions:
Add the CÎROC Summer Citrus and orange juice into a highball or rocks glass filled with ice.
Top off with Cranberry juice or Pomegranate juice and garnish.
Glass: Highball or Rocks
Golden Hour Cosmo
INGREDIENTS
2oz Ciroc citrus
.5oz Orange liqueur
.5 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Cranberry juice
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice
Shake for about 10 seconds.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish.
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Lime wheel

“The Monte Mule”
Ingredients:
2 Parts Amaro Montenegro
2 Parts Ginger Beer
1 Part Lime Juice
Method:
Mix all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Stir well for about 30 seconds,
Pour into a copper mug.
“VE.N.TO”- First IBA Cocktail with Grappa
Ingredients:
45 ML GRAPPA NARDINI
22.5 ML freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 ML HONEY MIX (chamomile base)
15 ML chamomile cordial
10 ML egg white (optional)
Method:
Mix the chamomile cordial, the honey mix, and Grappa Nardini in a shaker.
Shake well for about 20 seconds.
Add ice to the shaker (and optional egg white) and shake for 30-40 seconds
Strain into glass with ice.
“The Red Earl”
Ingredients:
3⁄4 oz Pallini Limoncello
1 1⁄2 oz Vodka
1⁄4 oz Fresh lemon juice
1⁄4 oz Simple syrup
8 Raspberries
2 Slices fresh ginger
Method:
Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a tall shaker
Mix the vodka and Pallini Limoncello in a tall shaker,
Add in Simple Syrup and ice and shake well
Use ginger slices around the rim of the glasses
Pour the drink into the glass.
“Italicus Cup”
2 parts* ITALICUS Rosolio di Bergamotto
1 part Pink Grapefruit juice
1 part soda water
Pinch of salt
Method:
Fill a glass with ice,
pour the Bergamot Rosolio first,
then add the pink grapefruit juice and soda,
add a pinch of salt,
mix the ingredients well from the bottom.
To give an extra touch of color, the cocktail can be garnished with a slice of fresh grapefruit or green olives.
