May 7 is National Sauvignon Blanc Day. While many people would typically be heading to their local bars and restaurants to celebrate, that’s not quite as easily done this year. Now you can make your own Spritzer in the comfort of your home.
Tabor Hill Winery is celebrating with their Sauvignon Blanc Spritzer; an easy-to-make recipe with ingredients of lemon juice, simple syrup, club soda, and lemons.
Sauvignon Blanc Spritzer
The recipe serves 1! It’s easy to turn this into a “pitcher” spritzer by tripling or quadrupling the ingredients.
Ingredients:
3 oz Tabor Hill Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda,
Slice lemons to create lemon wheels
Glassware: A tall Collins Glass
Directions:
Fill the glass with halfway with ice.
Add the lemon juice, simple syrup, and Sauvignon Blanc to the glass and stir gently,
Fill with Club Soda and stir again.
Garnish with Lemon Wheels and enjoy!
This is an easy cocktail to put together. Make sure you have enough Tabor Hills Sauvignon Blanc to create a full pitcher for Mother’s Day and Memorial Day celebrations. This could be the summer cocktail for 2021!!
