I have featured Omnom Chocolate Bars before. And I have tasted them as well. The latest Omnom chocolate bar is a “Cookies & Cream” presentation. This Omnom Chocolate Bar is very different from the previous chocolate bars. This chocolate bar is white chocolate with 2 large square dark chocolate cookies on top. It’s a very unique presentation!
Omnom, Iceland’s first and only bean-to-bar chocolate maker has launched a brand new chocolate bar: Cookies + Cream.
Ingredients include local, full-fat Icelandic milk and dark chocolate cookies featuring 70% dark chocolate from Tanzania, made by local bakery Brauð & Co. for a unique Icelandic twist on a classic.
Ingredients:
White chocolate (organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, Icelandic whole milk powder, sea salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), chocolate cookies (wheat flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, dark chocolate (organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter), salt, raising agent (E500)).
Contains a minimum of 30% cocoa solids. Designed and made in Iceland, in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten.

Omnom sent me a Cookies and Cream bar so that I could evaluate this against the previous Omnom bars I had tried. I would not be able to review this new chocolate bar without actually getting one. My review is below and it’s an honest, thoughtful review of this chocolate bar. If you love exceptional chocolate treats, this is YOUR bar. Omnom is very careful about their ingredients and how they create their chocolate bars. This one is phenomenal because it’s the first one to feature an additional texture that is external to the chocolate bar. Well worth the effort to get one too! I found that I could not eat more than 2 small bites, because the ingredients are so creamy and rich.
Omnom was nice enough to send me a bar to test drive. I was surprised at how creamy the white chocolate was and that the mix with the dark chocolate cookie was more than just a
chocolate bar, it was a cookie + chocolate bar that had an extremely creamy texture and also the crisp texture of the cookie all in one bite!

The chocolate cookie is crispy and rich in chocolate flavor. The white chocolate has so much creamy flavor and I really liked it. Usually, I don’t eat white chocolate at all. Omnom’s white chocolate bar is amazingly rich and is a great contrast for the cookie!
