SPICY MARGARITA
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1 Jalapeño Slice
Optional:
½ Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Tajin
Wet ½ rim of a rocks glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip in salt mixture.
METHOD:
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker.
Muddle jalapeño, add ice, shake vigorously,
Fine strain into a rocks glass.
Add fresh ice and garnish with a jalapeño slice.

CASAMIGOS MARGARITA
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Agave Nectar
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Optional:
½ Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Orange Zest Rim
Wet ½ rim of a rocks glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip in salt mixture.
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker.
Add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into a rimmed rocks glass.
Add fresh ice
Garnish with lime wheel through skewer.

Ingredients:

8-10 Mint Leaves
Top off with Ginger Beer
Method:
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker.
Muddle herbs, add ice, shake vigorously,
Fine strain into copper mug or rocks glass.
Add fresh ice, top off with ginger beer,
Garnish with lime wheel and candied ginger through skewer.
Lastly, feel like the mysterious one? Then you’re definitely a Smoky Casamigos Paloma. Calm, quiet, and rational, you are deeply grounded. SMOKY CASAMIGOS PALOMA
Ingredients:
.75 oz. Casamigos Mezcal Joven
.75 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Splash of Lemon-Lime Soda
Method:
Combine all ingredients, except lemon-lime soda into tin shaker.
Add ice, shake well, and fine strain into Collins glass.
Add fresh crushed ice, top off with lemon-lime soda,
Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
I LOVE Paloma cocktails and I would sip the Casamigos version a lot.. but there are other cocktails in this list so that you can have a different cocktail every day!
