Fall cocktails echo autumnal colors, scents, and colors! Whether you’re hosting a dinner party or relaxing on a football-filled Sunday, these NOLET’S Gin cocktails are perfect for any fall occasion. These would be great for Thanksgiving too!

NOLET’S Autumn Gin + Soda
This photo shows the use of pomegranate arils (the bright red seeds) and mint.
You can use the cocktail recipe as it stands
or you can tweak it with mint, lemon, and pomegranate arils or other fruits that are in season!
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
Soda
Persimmon Slices
Cinnamon Sticks
Fresh Thyme Sprigs
Method:
Pour NOLET’S Silver over ice,
top with soda water,
garnish then enjoy!
NOLET’S Silver Apple Crisp Punch
There are 2 versions of this cocktail: the punch and the single cocktail!
Punch Ingredients: ( this is a punch recipe for a group of guests!)
26 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
13 oz. Apple Juice or Cider
6.5 oz. Lime Juice
6.5 oz. Honey
2 Fresh Limes
Apples (Green & Red)
Cinnamon Sticks, Thyme, and Citrus for Garnish
NOLET’S Silver Apple Crisp– single cocktail!
Single Cocktail Ingredients:
2.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1.5 oz. Apple Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Honey
Limes, Apples, Cinnamon Sticks, Thyme, and/or Citrus for Garnish.
Method:
Mix all ingredients in an infusion jar (or punch bowl) and stir thoroughly to dissolve honey.
Slice limes into wheels and add to mixture.
Serve over ice, garnished with lime, apple slices or matchsticks, cinnamon sticks, and/or thyme.
NOLET’S Silver Dutch Apple Bee’s Knees
This cocktail looks amazing in the photo. It’s definitely something you should whip up!
Ingredients:
2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Apple Juice
1 oz. Honey Syrup
Garnish with Rosemary and/or Apple slices
Method:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake well until chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.
Honey Syrup Ingredients:
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Honey
3 Sprigs Rosemary
Method:
Simmer all ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame until honey dissolves and rosemary becomes fragrant.
Let cool for about 30 minutes then remove the rosemary and strain into a clean container.
May be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
NOLET’S Silver Hot Toddy
The presentation of this cocktail is incredible but the flavor of the cocktails rivals the beauty of the photo!
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
0.75 oz. Fresh Lemon or Orange Juice
1 oz. Honey
2 oz. Hot Water
Any combination of Cinnamon Stick, Citrus Peel, Star Anise, Ginger, Cloves, or Dried Fruits for Garnish
Method:
Combine hot water, honey and citrus in a mug or glass and stir until honey is dissolved.
Add NOLET’S and garnish accordingly.
NOLET’S Clover Club
If this doesn’t get you into the spirit of Halloween, you need to go trick or treating!
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin
.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 Fresh Lemon’s Juice
.5 oz. Raspberry Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Dry shake until emulsified (about one minute).
Add ice and shake again, vigorously.
Double strain into a chilled Martini or coupe glass and garnish.
Raspberry Simple Syrup Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
1 cup warm (not hot) Water
1 cup Raspberries
.5 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
Method:
Muddle raspberries and sugar and let them macerate for 30 minutes.
Slowly stir in warm water.
Strain into a lidded jar, adding Gin to fortify.
Can be refrigerated for up to two weeks.
