Gracias Madre West Hollywood
West Hollywood’s favorite up-scale, plant-based restaurant, Gracias Madre has everyone covered with delicious vegan tacos this National Taco Day!
Gracias Madre offers mouth-watering options like their Al Pastor Tacos made with a roasted three mushroom blend & grilled pineapple, or their Chicharron Tacos made with battered fried oyster mushrooms & chipotle aioli. 7-Eleven

El Pollo Loco
El Pollo Loco will donate as many tacos as they sell on National Taco Day, guaranteeing at least 59,000 to represent the homeless population in El Pollo Loco’s hometown of Los Angeles1. The tacos will be donated to current recipients of the company’s Pollo with Purpose food surplus donations, which include local rescue missions, charitable kitchens, and other hunger relief organizations, across the communities El Pollo Loco serves.
Trejo’s Tacos
Angelenos on the hunt for tacos this National Taco Day have the chance to win a $50 Trejo’s Tacos gift card by visiting one of the participating Trejo’s taquerias around the city. Indulge in tacos like Carnitas, Barbacoa, and Baja Fish by actor legend-himself, Danny Trejos, while also potentially finding a golden ticket in the order! El Torito:
You’re looking for a quartet of tacos, of the mini variety, and you’d like them to be meaty, with steak and chorizo as the hearty stars? Look to El Torito, which will have this flavorful foursome for six bucks on Oct. 4.
Tacos AF
This National Taco Day (10/4) new kids on the block in LA’s taco scene, Tacos AF, in the heart of DTLA will be partnering with Laker’s very own, Rajon Rondo to raise money for the Downtown Women’s Center organization. For every taco sold on this day, Tacos AF will donate $1 to the women’s center to help support women experiencing homelessness in Downtown Los Angeles. Rondo will be at the restaurant from 1-4 p.m. to help the Tacos AF team pass out orders to customers and meet fans.
The Tacos AF menu features meats from local vendor Los Compadres Carniceria, and traditional stone-ground handmade tortillas from LA Chapalita. One of their most popular tacos on the menu is their Carne Asada Taco that goes through a 8-10 hour marination process and is then topped with cilantro and onion. The restaurant also serves classic chipotle chicken, al pastor and vegan-friendly mushroom tacos.
