MindTravel continues its Silent Walking Meditation experience

on Tuesday, October 12 at TreePeople in Los Angeles.

Allow yourself to be carried away by the deep feeling of freedom and connection with MindTravel’s Silent Walking Meditation.
–Participants will gather at a designated point near the Wilacre Parking Lot and will receive their headphones to wear for the duration of the experience.
–Once the group reaches the pinnacle of the hike, we will take time to share the view and experience before heading back down to the bottom of the path.

Over the course of the two-hour experience, you’ll join other MindTravelers exploring local hiking trails while listening to MindTravel music through headphones. The evocative piano music ignites freedom and expansiveness that amplifies the healing and inspirational power of being in nature.

The MindTravel team encourages all participants to bring the following:

  • headlamps
  • sneakers or hiking boots with good treads
  • water  (bring at least 1-2 bottles of water. You will want to have at least 16 oz with you. Bring more if you can!)
  • hiking poles (optional)

MindTravel will provide wireless headphones.

Please remember that part of this hike will happen after sunset.
While hiking experience isn’t necessary, attendees should be comfortable with walking downhill with a headlamp.
