Jolly Joel Spritz!
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Thyme Sprig
- 0.5 tsp Maple Syrup
- 4 oz Q QMixier
- 1 Thyme Sprig and Lemon Peel Garnish
Method:
- Remove the leaves from one sprig of thyme.
Muddle the leaves in bottom of mixing glass,
Add the remaining ingredients except for the Q Ginger Beer.
Shake and then strain into a large rocks glass.
Top with Q Ginger Beer,
Garnish with another thyme sprig.
Winter Night Sleeper
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 5 oz Q Sparkling Grapefruit
- 1 Lemon Wheel to Garnish
Method:
- Build in a highball glass with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel
Easy Beasy!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey
- 4 oz Q Ginger Beer
- 1 Lavender or Thyme Sprig
Method:
- Dissolve the honey in the lemon juice,
Add the gin and shake.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice,
Top with ginger beer.
Blackberry Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Honey Sprig
- 4 Blackberries
- 4 oz Q Elderflower Tonic
- 1 Blackberry and Lemon Wheel Garnish
Method:
- Muddle blackberries in the bottom of mixing glass.
Add all other ingredients and shake.
Strain into a large champagne coupe or martini glass.
Top with Q Elderflower tonic.
Tony’s Festive Mule
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 oz Spiced Cranberry Orange Syrup (see recipe below in Method).
- 4 oz Q Ginger Beer
- 1 Mint Sprig Garnish + Powdered Sugar
Method:
Mixing the cocktail:
In a shaker add vodka, lime juice, and syrup;
Shake with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
Top with chilled Q Ginger Beer.
Garnish with a powdered sugar sprig of mint.
Cranberry-Orange Syrup:
Combine the following:
1 cup of sugar,
1 cup of cranberry juice,
peel from 1 orange, cinnamon stick,
2 cloves in a small saucepan and simmer for twenty minutes.
Let the mixture cool and strain into an empty bottle.⠀
