As Christmas approaches, I am sharing more cocktail recipes. Various brands are sharing recipes with me. I have been featuring cocktails over the holidays for more than 10 years. For me, mixing up a cocktail is requires a bit of creativity.
The recipes that I am sharing with you today are from a couple of my favorite brands: Rhum Barbancourt (my favorite rum/rhum!!!) and GIN XII, (This is an amazing new Gin that has wonderful flavors courtesy of its twelve plants and spices!) You will love these
cocktails!

This cocktail is really fun to drink!
Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 oz Rhum Barbancourt Réserve Spéciale (5 star)
— 1 oz orange liqueur
– 1 oz butterscotch liqueur (You might want to try 99 Butterscotch liqueur or Mr Stacks Butterscotch Schnapps
– 4 oz hot apple cider
Method:
Pour the first three ingredients in a mug.
Add the hot cider,
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a star anise

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin XII
1 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Lemon Juice
¼ oz Cointreau
¼ oz Sugar Syrup
Method:
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice,
Strain over crushed ice in a coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon slice
