CLASSIC SIZE

INGREDIENTS

1.5 OZ PATRÓN REPOSADO

0.75 OZ PERSIMMON SYRUP

0.75 OZ FRESH-SQUEEZED LIME JUICE

4 OZ SPARKLING WATER

GARNISH: LIME WHEEL

Method:

Step 1

CHILL HIGHBALL GLASS BY PLACING IN FRIDGE/FREEZER,
OR BY FILLING WITH ICE WATER AND SETTING ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES.
JUICE LIME AND SET ASIDE.

Step #2

MEASURE AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT FOR SPARKLING WATER AND GARNISH) TO SHAKER.

Step #3

FILL SHAKER WITH ICE AND SHAKE VIGOROUSLY FOR 10 SECONDS.

Step #4

REMOVE GLASS FROM FRIDGE/FREEZER OR IF USING ICE WATER, EMPTY THE GLASS.

Step #5

STRAIN COCKTAIL INTO THE GLASS AND TOP WITH FRESH ICE.

Step #6
