While the weather may be dreary outside, there’s no better way to celebrate National Cocktail Day (March 24) than by pretending you’re in a beachside Italian villa with an iconic Campari cocktail in hand.
Here are some recipes for classic Italian cocktails from the Negroni Sbagliato to the Boulevardier. Make sure you have sufficient Campari and other important ingredients for these tasty cocktails. You can use this spring as the kick-off for a great summer by having a different “cocktail of the week” or “cocktail of the weekend” each week.
Negroni Sbagliato
Ingredients:
1 part Campari
1 part 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso
1 part Cinzano Prosecco
Method:
Build ingredients over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange slice.
Classic Campari Negroni
Ingredients:
1 part Campari
1 part 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso
1 part Bulldog Gin
Method
Garnish with an orange slice or twist
Campari Boulevardier
Ingredients
0.75 parts Campari
0.75 parts 1757 Vermouth di Torino Rosso
1.5 parts Russell’s Reserve 10-Year-Old Bourbon
+ Orange slice, for garnish
Method
Combine Russell’s Reserve 10 Year Old Bourbon, 1757 Vermouth di Torino and Campari in a glass, stir until combined.
Pour over large ice cube,
Garnish with orange slice and enjoy!
The Jasmine 
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Bulldog Gin
1/4 oz Campari
1/4 oz Grand Marnier
3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
Garnish: Lemon twist
Method:
Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake to chill.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
