It’s Fuego at the Hotel Maya!
Hotel Maya is a one-stop destination getaway for all of the July 4th fun in Long Beach!
Fireworks, food, and entertainment will be served up poolside and in Fuego at the Maya all weekend. The view from Hotel Maya’s waterfront for July 4th’s fireworks at Rainbow Harbor (Long Beach) is absolutely incredible. I live in Long Beach and the July 4
fireworks are a dazzling sight to see across the water! The impact of the fireworks is spectacular.. and a sight you won’t forget.
Fuego will offer a special Independence Day Celebration with a BBQ Buffet Dinner Feast. In a nod to the USA, special offers of Budweiser, the all-American beer along with specialty cocktails will be offered throughout the property.

On Saturday, July 2, and Sunday, July 3, brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Fuego with Live Latin Jazz with Francisco Reyes Trio from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.
Brunch specials include:
–Sausage Flat Bread with sweet grained mustard, mozzarella cheese, Julienne peppers and onions, fried eggs, and arugula;
–Baby Back Ribs with a Jack Daniel’s barbeque sauce, steak potatoes, Cole slaw, and jalapeño cornbread;
–BBQ Roasted Chicken, a half-roasted chicken, barbecue sauce, potato salad, and Cole slaw;
— Elotes Callejeros is roasted corn on the cob with mayonnaise, cotija cheese, cilantro, spicy Cheetos, and Tajin.
This presentation of corn is really great. You will LOVE IT!
On Monday, July 4 evening, an Independence Day Celebration featuring a BBQ Buffet Dinner will be offered from 6-9 p.m. with a live rock band, Mike Vitale & Co.
Dinner is $100 for adults and $55 for children under 12; kids under 5 feast for free.

On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, the Grille at poolside will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the poolside bar will stay open until 6 p.m.
Live entertainment from Mike Steel Drummer will appear Sunday and Monday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Popsicles and watermelon wedges for the kids will be offered all weekend long.
Fuego, the modern, Latin-infused indoor-outdoor restaurant, and lounge offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract
with seating on the patio area.
Fuego restaurant is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
