–Francisco Reyes will perform live Latin jazz for Saturday brunch on Saturday, September 3 from 12 to 3 p.m.
–In addition, live reggae steel drum music will be performed at the pool from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Fuego’s weekend brunch menu is served Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For starters:
–try the Barbacoa Quesadilla made with short rib barbacoa, a blend of Mexican cheeses, onion, cilantro, and a mango chipotle honey salsa.
–The Totopo Ahi Tuna salad is seared Ahi tuna atop baby wild arugula, avocado, scallions edamame, cucumber, mango, and jicama mixed with a soy ginger vinaigrette.
For some of the best chilaquiles in the region,
–try the Al Pastor Chilaquiles with adobo marinated pork, fried corn tortillas, tomatillo salsa, serrano cream, and fried eggs.
–A Fuego favorite, Ropa Vieja is Cuban-style braised short rib, black bean purée, crisp corn tortillas, pickled cabbage, caramelized plantains, and serrano cream.
Sip away Labor Day weekend with the Fuego Summer drink with Ketel One orange vodka, orange, and pineapple juice, passion fruit liquor, a splash of agave, and
garnished with an orange slice.
–Fuego has one of the region’s largest collections of tequilas.

–Mariachis de Cindy Shea is part of Hotel Maya’s ongoing Latin entertainment series of “Maya-Achis,” a quarterly mariachi brunch at the hotel’s famous, waterfront restaurant Fuego which overlooks the Pacific Ocean, the Long Beach skyline, and the Queen Mary.
Fuego, the modern, Latin-infused indoor-outdoor restaurant, and lounge offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating
on the patio area.
