I like drinking wine.. and I learned about various varietals thanks to various tasting rooms that my husband and I visited in Northern California ( Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma) as well as pit stops in San Luis Obispo, Santa Ynez Valley, and Paso Robles. We love finding wines –both white and red and even some sparkling wines–
that we can drink throughout the year.
Your best way to figure out what you like is to buy a bottle. You could try them at various wineries, at any tasting spots.. or even at some bars or restaurants!

as well as one dark horse red wine: Malbec.
