The Casa Shirley is the perfect cocktail twist on the most famously known mocktail. We had to put our own spin on this drink’s legacy by adding Casamigos Blanco Tequila to create a delicious, fun and refreshingly sweet drink that’s perfect for enjoying on a warm sunny day or for occasions that call for celebration.
The Jalisco Julep will not disappoint and should be a staple cocktail at every summer event, especially for the Labor Day holiday weekend! The Jalisco Julep is the perfect option for Añejo Tequila lovers. It is light and refreshing, making it the perfect cocktail for day or night.
Spicy Pineapple Cilantro Margarita

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

.75 oz. Pineapple Juice
-
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
-
.25 oz. Simple Syrup
-
8 – 10 Cilantro Leaves
-
2 Serrano Slices or 2 Dashes Firewater Bitters
-
1⁄2 Thick Rim Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Dried Cilantro

Garnish: 2 Pineapple Leaves and Serrano Slice

Instructions
Wet 1/2 rim of glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into salt mixture.
Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker, then muddle serrano/cilantro.
Add ice, shake vigorously, and fine strain into a rimmed rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
Casa Shirley
Ingredients

- 2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
- 4 oz. Lemon Lime Soda
- Light Drizzle of Grenadine by Liber & Co.
- Garnish with Small Orange Wedge and 2 Luxardo
- Cherries Through Skewer
- Instructions
Combine Casamigos Blanco and lemon-lime soda into Collins glass.
Add regular ice, top off with crushed ice, stir gently,
Drizzle a small amount of grenadine over top. Garnish.
The Jalisco Julep:

- 1.5 oz. Casamigos Añejo Tequila
- 1 Tsp. or 1 Bar Spoon Simple Syrup
- 8-10 Mint Leaves
- Garnish: Mint Sprig
- Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a julep glass or small rocks glass.
Muddle mint,
Fill glass with crushed ice, add metal spoon/straw.
Stir well, then add more ice to give a dome-like top, and garnish.
Casamigos is a great tequila and it picks up all the flavors of various ingredients. I LOVE mixing up Casamigos cocktails whenever I get a new recipe.
