Hollywood’s Tokyo/Italian Restaurant, Magari Launches New Pizzas & Cocktails
has launched a new menu featuring pizze. Crafted by Sicilian-born Executive Chef Enrico Merendino the pizze menu
–using Italy’s Caputo Nuvola Super flour (one of the few to use this flour in LA) and
–Mulino Marino type two flour to create a fragrant, airy and crunchy crust.

- Margherita – San Marzano tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil, arbequina olive oil, $21 (for those who keep it classic)
- Diavola – sopressata, ‘nduja, fior di latte, basil, calabrian chili, $24 (for those who like it spicy)
- Prosciutto – fior di latte, marinated tomatoes, arugula, parmigiano, $25 (for those who like it a sweet & salty)
- Funghi – shiitake mushrooms, smoked buffalo mozzarella, confit shallots, preserved lemon, $24
(for those who like it funky) - Vegana – eggplant, Castelvetrano olives, tomato-miso, shiso, sesame, $22 (for those who like to go out-side-the-box)
special occasions, and holidays.In celebration of Barr Hill’s Bee’s Knees Week, Magari will be featuring a special pizza, Miele Piccante that will be
topped with Asian pears, lardo, Barr Hill honey, and tomino alongside a Bee’s Knees cocktail, Orsetto that is made
with Barr Hill Gin, amaretto, italicus, amontillado sherry, lemon, honey, soda, and garnished with honeycomb candy.
The Miele Piccante and Osetto cocktail will be available from September 23- through October 2.
