I got an email (email is below!!) from my friend Marie-Laure today talking about the Netflix series: THE EMPRESS.
If you are like me and have never seen it, I have featured 2 trailers for THE EMPRESS:
I spent my weekend devouring The Empress, a new Netflix series that chronicles another famous monarch.
Sissi (a.k.a. Empress Elisabeth of Austria) had more in common with Princess Diana than Queen Elizabeth. Beloved by the Austrian people
for her human touch, style, and legendary beauty, Sissi is well-known and adored by many European women. I even went to hotels that had
a suite named after her because she visited once. She was an Icon.
Sissi ruled the Viennese Court, alongside her husband Emperor Franz Joseph I, during a period in Austrian history that was characterized by
splendid fashion, ornate interiors, and lavish food—especially indulgent pastries. As I watched Sissi on screen, I imagined she would have

Personally, I definitely want to do both. I want to see “THE EMPRESS” series, and I have to get some of Krigler’s Palais Monarchie 218
