Here are some GREAT cocktails for this Winter. There are some that will be great for Thanksgiving and others will be a great fit for the Christmas holidays!
Cranberry T&G
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Gin (optional)
- 1/2 Bottle Betty Buzz Tonic Water
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- Lime Juice & Lime Wheels
- Fresh Cranberries
Method:
Over ice, combine the gin (if desired), cranberry juice, and lime juice in a glass.
Top with Betty Buzz Tonic Water and garnish with a lime wheel and tooth-picked cranberries.

Grapefruit Cinnamon Smash
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Belvedere Vodka
- ¼ Ruby red grapefruit (cubed)
- 2 dashes of Ground cinnamon
- 0.75 oz. Lemon juice
- 0.75 oz. Simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes Bitters
Method:
In a mixing glass, muddle the grapefruit chunks with lemon juice and simple syrup.
Add the Belvedere Vodka, ground cinnamon, and bitters.
Top with ice and shake vigorously for a good count to 10,
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
Garnish with a thin grapefruit slice.

Volcan Fall Mule
Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ oz Volcan Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 5 oz Ginger Beer
Method:
Stir Volcan Tequila, lime juice and the applesauce briefly in a highball glass/copper mug on ice cubes,
then top with Ginger Beer.
Garnish with an apple fan.
Finally, refine the mule with nutmeg and tonka bean abrasion.

HEDGEROW SOUR
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ¾ oz Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest
- 1 ⅓ oz Cloudy apple juice
- ⅓ oz Blackberry syrup
- Blackberry dust or fresh blackberries
- Cubed ice
METHOD:
- Add cubed ice to your whisky glass.
Pour the Glenmorangie A Tale of the Forest, cloudy apple juice and blackberry syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake.
Fine strain the liquid over the cubed ice.
Garnish with blackberry dust or fresh blackberries on a skewer.
