Check Out This Great Italian Recipe from Natural Products Expo West!

Here’s a Great  Recipe for You, Found at the National Products Expo West Event in March!
It’s Fairly Easy!

Ingredients

500 gr chicken nuggets (the 500 grams of chicken translates into 1 pound of chicken)
1 red pepper
1 shallot
100 ml Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.
(the conversion of the 100 ml of  Balsamic Vinegar into ounces results in 3.381 ounces of Balsamic Vinegar.
Think of this as being 3.4 ounces!)
Sesame seeds q.s.

Oil
Salt
Fresh chopped parsley

Method

–In a saucepan, sauteì the chopped shallot with a tablespoon of olive oil.
(The measurement of the olive oil depends on how big the saucepan or  frying pan is.)

–Add the chicken nuggets and brown them on both sides.

–Add the chopped pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.

–Deglaze with Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I. and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the sesame seeds and some parsley and mix everything together and serve.

FYI: If you want to get the real Italian feel of this recipe, you would need to go to find the gourmet
section in your market or you can visit a gourmet store or visit the website
(https://www.ponti.com/us/where-to-find-us/) find the Balsamic
that was used in this recipe: Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.
I did some “Googling” and found that Amazon has the Ponti Aceto Balsamico di Modena P.G.I.

While I haven’t tried this recipe, I will make it this week and take a photo of the result.
The amount of time you will need to cook this dish depends on if your chicken is fresh or frozen.
I will add my photo to this piece!
