In honor of Mexican Mother’s Day on May 10th and Mother’s Day on May 14th, Gracias Madre West Hollywood is going above and beyond to make sure all moms feel the love with complimentary flowers.
The love doesn’t stop there, Executive Chef Diana Briscoe has curated a menu of Mexican-inspired vegan specials for mom, such as
Ensalada de Betabeles ($18) with orange, butter lettuce, pepitas, cashew cheese, jalapeno, avocado, chives, and white balsamic vinaigrette,
Tostadas de Nopales ($14) served on a crispy tortilla, grilled nopales salad, cashew crema, onions, vegan mozzarella cheese, salsa pasilla, and pico de gallo.
