Executive Chef Victor Juarez Independence Day menu offers a BBQ Cook Out station for $40 per
person featuring
–Baby Back Ribs with a Jack Daniel’s barbeque sauce, steak potatoes, Cole slaw, and jalapeño cornbread;
–Kielbasa Smoked Sausage with grilled Kielbasa sausage, sweet grain mustard, Julienne peppers and onions, and Hawaiian roll;
–Beef Sliders with Angus beef patty, cheddar cheese, and Brioche bun.
Fuego’s Fourth of July dinner menu offers entrees including:
–Grilled New York Steak,

–Mezcal Pollo Chipotle,

The grill will be sizzling poolside on July 4th from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., along with live entertainment from Mike The Steel Drummer from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the bar will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
In addition to Fuego’s featured July 4th cocktail “Firecracker Margarita,”
a variety of summertime signature cocktails will be available at both the pool and restaurant including
–Fuego Margarita with Reposado tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and agave nectar;
–Spicy Paloma with house-infused jalapeño Reposado, grapefruit and lime juice;
–Tito’s Bloody Mary with Tres Agaves Organic Bloody Mary Blend;
–Whiskey Amor with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice, agave nectar, grenadine and mint leaves;
–Cava Mimosa with Spanish sparkling wine and orange juice; and
-Sangria with red or white selections.
–A variety of red and white wines are available, as well as beer on tap with Mango Cart and Estrella, along with a variety of Imported, Craft, and Domestic Bottles.
Fuego, the modern, Latin-infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge, offers a unique seaside setting featuring 13-foot-tall glass walls that fully retract with seating on the patio area. Fuego’s stunning
open-air views and expansive patio seating include the Pacific Ocean, Long Beach skyline and
Queen Mary.

Hotel Maya is a great place. Fuego has great food and an amazing array of cocktails. I love sitting out
on the patio and having dinner. The entire hotel is great. The service is top-notch. I have been there with both family and friends for lunch or dinner. Celebrating July 4 at Fuego is really a great event!
