Labor Day Weekend Is Coming Up FAST! Here Are Great Cocktail Recipes!

 

 

 

Labor Day weekend is quickly approaching, and that calls for refreshing drinks in hand.
If you are having any sort of Labor Day party or barbecue, these six cocktails recipes would be a great addition to your celebration!

 

E11EVEN Vodka’s Paste11ito

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz of E11EVEN Vodka
  • 1/2 oz of Raspberry liqueur
  • 3/4 oz of Greek Guava puree (mix equal parts Greek yogurt & guava puree with a pink of lime juice).
  • 1/2 oz of Fresh lemon
  • 1/2 oz of Simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Manchego cheese for garnishMETHOD:

In a shaker, add the vodka, puree, lemon, simple, and bitters with ice and shake.
Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass.
Pour raspberry liqueur over top,
Garnish with a Manchego cheese flag or crispy pastry.

 

Sofia Design District’s Lychee Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Lychee Liqueur
  • 0.5 Oleo Saccharum
  • House Prosecco
  • Lime Yuzu Soda

Directions:
Add all the ingredients into a large wine glass.
Top with Lime Yuzu Soda.

 

Giselle Miami’s Kiss & Tell

Ingredients:

  • 8 Mint leaves bruised in tin
  • 1 oz Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime
  • 2 oz Papa’s Pilar Dark Rum

Directions:
Build in tin and strain,
Serve over a large ice cube.
Garnish with ½ Strawberry and Mint Sprig.

Sweet Liberty’s Avocado Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ oz. Ocho Plata
  • ¼ oz. Vago Elote mezcal
  • ½ oz. Ancho Reyes Verde
  • ¼ oz. Cointreau​​
  • ¼ oz. Chareau aloe liqueur
  • 1 oz. avocado puree
  • ½ oz. lime
  • ½ oz. agave nectar
  • 2 dashes saline

Directions:
 Build ingredients in a tin shaker with ice.
Shake and strain on a large ice cube in an etched rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel resting on ice with cracked pepper

 

El Tucán’s The Field of Dreams

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire
  • 0.5 oz St. Germain
  • 1 oz lavender syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz cold press cucumber

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker.
Shake and strain into a martini coupe glass.
Garnish with lavender leaf – edible topper

 

Queen Miami Beach’s Catherine The Great

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz mezcal
  • .75 oz select aperitif
  • 1.25 oz Szechuan & Hibiscus Cordial
  • 1.5 oz grapefruit juice

Directions: Add all ingredients into a tin shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a Collins glass with Collins ice.
Garnish with a mini flower.
